  1. Why does your forum require signing up and moderator approval? As a potential customer, I am extremely turned off on how closed and what little existing users or potential users input I am allowed to view. Huge thumbs down for kaseya.

  2. John, my apologies for your frustration. The Kaseya Forum is only open to firms and individuals who have purchased a Kaseya product or service. The moderation is in place for this reason. I would be more than happy to put you in touch with a sales person in your region who can introduce you to users of our products and services. I will follow up via email with you as well.

    1. Dear Chad,

As a potential customer im not happy to find out that the forum is closed.
I can understand that placing reactions on the forum is for customers only, but reading should be possible….

  3. I am a user of Kaseya, but of the hosted variety.
I am a bit miffed that I cannot get access to shared scripts that seem freely available to Kaseya “Customers”

Getting a look at Backup exec scripts that are available would be mighty useful for my job here, but at the moment I can’t get at them because of this policy that Kaseya “Customers” can only have access

  4. Just to follow up on my posting yesterday. Chad has been most helpful in dealing with my issues.
I have now been able to register for the forums (just waiting to get allowed in!)

Thank you Chad for all your help 🙂
    Graeme

  5. Hi Chad, just like Graeme we too are on a hosted platform here in the UK and wondering if you could possibly help us with as well.
Please let me know id you need any details from me.

    Thanks

  6. I’m currently examining various products to see which one is best for our MSP service, and Kaseya is within the top 3.

But, I can see scripting for the other two without being a member of their forums.

How do I resolve this, and give Kaseya the time and research it deserves, without paying for access while trialling and testing?

If there isn’t an easy solution, Kaseya drops out of my list.

    Thanks in advance
