Kaseya Mobile Device Management

With mobile handheld technologies becoming the norm for business professionals across all industry segments, IT professionals are faced with the growing need to track and manage these devices in the same manner as they manage desktops and servers today.

      Yes. The plan is to include Windows Phone support as well.

    Will there be an app to manage Kaseya VSA on mobile devices? Editing tickets, etc.

    Cameron, this first mobile push will be for management of the mobile devices. Next after that will be management FROM mobile devices. I don’t have a timeframe on that though.

      We don’t have a firm release date set currently. Late Spring, early Summer is the most I know today.

    I think this is a great addition to the Kaseya Solution. It would also be great if it could offer remote control capabilities similar to LogMeIn Rescue + Mobile.

    Will there be any type of remote assistance for the customer phone.

      There will be a way for you to remotely configure devices, but not remote control.
