Executive Perspective: Paul Wong, CTO & Mike Sheffey, EVP Product Management

We trust that you are all having a great first half of 2012.  Things at Kaseya have been quite busy; working to put the finishing touches on 6.3, providing updates for many of the new modules we released last year, and nearing completion of a couple of brand-new products.

For those of you who had the opportunity to attend Kaseya Connect 2012 in Las Vegas last month, we are sure you (as we did) experienced one of the best Kaseya Conferences of all time.

One of the new programs that we kicked off at Kaseya Connect 2012 was the Customer Advisory Council. This council is made up of customers from around the world.

We have representation from the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific. This group of customers represents businesses large and small, Kaseya customers of many years as well a new customers. Some are using nearly all modules that Kaseya provides and others are only using a fraction of the suite of functionality that we have to offer.

The purpose of the Customer Advisory Council is to engage this diverse group of customers with Kaseya’s Product Marketing and Product Management teams at a deep level. Working together to appropriately define product requirements and feature sets for new product releases is one of the key focus points. Through the product planning and development process the Advisory Council is helping direct the Kaseya product roadmap.

Already we have seen positive impact from this program as we spent time at Kaseya Connect reviewing 6.3. We received great feedback and suggestions for the new Procedure Editor, the new Reports as well as the new Discovery module. Because of this feedback, we decided to take the time to make these improvements to 6.3 as a result of this interaction.

We expect and trust that this program (and the other Kaseya programs) will provide great value to the Kaseya eco-system and provide world-class products that will continue to help you create value for your business.

Thank you for your continued support and partnership. We wish you the best of success through the balance of 2012.
