Executive Perspective: Yogesh Gupta CEO

Dear Customers and Partners:

I attended Kaseya Connect 2013 a few months ago and met an amazing group of customers and partners. I saw you championing the Kaseya platform and looking forward to its continued enhancement and growth. Many of you also shared what you expected from Kaseya in the future – you want us to help you manage new technology challenges such as cloud infrastructures and services, and deal with BYOD. You want us to continue to be your trusted provider of the unified IT management platform. Your commitment and trust was the key factor in my decision to join the company as the CEO.

Kaseya has a great history and presence in the IT Management space – we defined the MSP industry and have built a global presence with a very strong and large customer base. Our goal is to extend that leadership by serving our MSP and enterprise customers better than anyone else. To achieve that goal we will strive for excellence in everything we do, through an increased emphasis on innovation and quality while expanding our offerings to meet your growing and changing needs.

We have already begun to execute on that strategy. Since joining Kaseya, we have acquired two market-leading companies to complement our offerings – Zyrion to monitor and manage cloud services, and Rover Apps to secure and protect business data and apps on mobile devices.

Zyrion’s Traverse product is the leader in the cloud service monitoring and management, root cause analysis and planning for private and hybrid cloud infrastructures. As a true innovator, the company has won a number of accolades from industry analysts. Here’s what Jean-Pierre Garbani of Forrester has to say about Traverse, the offering from Zyrion:

“At Forrester, we believe that … Traverse is a complete solution, from soup to nuts, for cloud monitoring and management.”

Zyrion has hundreds of customers including MSPs such as CoSentry, Damavo UK, Enki, KIO Networks, Integration Partners, Netelligent, PCCW HongKong, and Quest Systems. The company also has many brand-name enterprise customers including Nokia, Apple, Cisco, Tesoro, ThyssenKrupp, Sony and Phillips Securities, and delivers the most scalable offering in the market.

Rover Apps is the leading provider of innovative cloud solutions that enable users to securely work with enterprise resources using their personal devices without giving up complete control of the device to the enterprise. It delivers market-leading security for mobile BYOD users using a secure containerized approach. MSPs and enterprises can now secure their corporate information on mobile devices without affecting users’ personal data.

Rover Apps capabilities include:

  • Secure access to corporate applications, business email and document editing on mobile devices without any risk of corporate data leaks.

  • Central management and control of users, policies and data access.

  • Isolation of business data from personal data on the mobile device, including the ability to remotely wipe the business data clean on users’ devices, without affecting their personal data.

  • Same-day deployment allows businesses to immediately begin seeing the benefits of the solution.

We’re truly excited about the addition of Zyrion and Rover Apps to our portfolio of offerings. We also recognize the importance of integrating these products with the Kaseya platform and, over the next sixty days, we will publish roadmaps that clearly outline our integration plans.

I am excited to be a Kaseyan and look forward to communicating with you regularly as we strive to execute our vision for Kaseya and the markets we serve. I thank you, our customers and partners, for your support and I know that together we can create a very bright future for all.
