Customer Thermometer was born in December 2010 and now has 1000’s of users all around the world, ranging from the likes of BT, HP Enterprise, Sonos and Reed Exhibitions, through to dozens of MSPs.
Mark founded the service with his business partner, Lindsay Willott and has grown the business organically, without investment.
Mark is responsible for Customer Thermometer’s enterprise sales, whilst keeping an interest in developing content and writing around the subject of customer service – something he’s passionate about.
